After hearing Yao Tang’s confirmation, Nie Yun took out her cell phone and called the police to handle this matter.
Within a few minutes, everyone had already been subdued.
Qin Jing initially thought that an intense battle would flash in front of her eyes, but all she could do was stare blankly at the tied-up men.
Even Xu Xuan was surprised.
Yao Ran stared at all her men who had all been subdued. With this, she felt her legs quake and she stumbled backward.
At first, she thought that she’d finally be able to win against her—that she’d be able to teach them a lesson. After all, she had always wanted them to disappear from this world.
How was she supposed to know this would happen?
Yao Tang had also brought her bodyguards, and they were well above Uncle Tianand the others. She clenched her fists.
It was strange to see that she had brought so many bodyguards with her.
Thinking of this, Yao Ran glanced at Xu Xuan.
Had she warned her?
That traitor!
Xu Xuan must’ve told them of her plans as well as Uncle Tian’s existence.
That was why she had deliberately brought her bodyguards.
She should’ve known that Xu Xuan would betray her! Not only did she speak up for Yao Tang, but she also spilled all of their plans.
She dug her fingers into her palms.
How could she do this?
Yao Ran, however, knew that she was no match for them, especially now that her bodyguards had been subdued. It would be useless to say anything more than this.
Uncle Tian clenched his jaw as he felt Yao Tang’s grip on the side of his neck. He didn’t know that these girls would come prepared.
It would be one thing if these girls were good with martial arts.
But they had brought backup.
He was aware of his men’s power, and he knew for a fact that they were stronger—stronger than anyone he knew.
Who was this girl?
Uncle Tian’s gaze was cold. “Ranran had told me that you were good at scheming.”
“But,” he snapped. “You should think carefully about what you do next. We aren’t the type of people you should offend. If you do, then I’m afraid your life wouldn’t be as peaceful as it had been.”
“Peaceful?” Yao Tang’s voice remained indifferent. “Then should I just kill you now? That way, you wouldn’t be causing any more trouble?”
Hearing this, the man flushed bright red.
Nie Yun, who was beside him, bowed her head. “Please tell us what to do, Miss,” she said firmly. “Whatever you decide, we’ll do it right away.”
The man sputtered.
At this point, he felt that he was about to suffocate. His face was turning dark purple, and he could feel his veins throbbing.
He tried to remove her grip, but he couldn’t.
If he could remove himself from Yao Tang’s grip and take her down, then the situation might favor him. But he had no way to shake the girl off.
She looked so frail and thin.
How could she be this strong?
“I…I…” he sputtered.
“You don’t have to do this, Miss.” Nie Yun glanced at her.
As soon as he heard this, Tian’s eyes shone with hope. Perhaps these people were only good with threats. They wouldn’t dare kill him, right?
What he didn’t expect was for her to step forward and say,
“You don’t have to dirty your hands for this man. I can handle this matter myself. Besides, you’ll be having dinner with Young Master. The blood might spoil your appetite.”
Uncle Tian’s face paled even further. “If you kill me now, you won’t be able to bear the consequences,” he sputtered. “Think about it.”
His tone was cold enough that would make any normal person shiver in fear.
Yao Tang laughed. “Then we’ll have to wait for the consequences.”
Without another word, she threw him to the side.
Feeling the grip loosening around his neck, Uncle Tian gasped. He instinctively wanted to retaliate against her, but it was as if he had lost control of his arms. Without another word, he felt himself being thrown to the side.
It was as if he had no control of his body.
