Yao Tang tilted her head. “Where will you be able to deliver the goods?”
Yang Nian returned to his senses. “You are more familiar with the places here, so I’m leaving that decision up to you.”
When he heard her cool words, he couldn’t help but feel a bit strange.
However, he simply shook the feeling away. It was probably just his nerves playing tricks on him. He glanced over at Lin Xin who looked like she was about to speak.
“Since these items wouldn’t be able to go through the school, why don’t we just meet at a restaurant nearby?”
Lin Xin suggested.
While her voice appeared calm, her eyes revealed so much worry for her friend. Could they really win this bet?
Now that the matter was already settled, there was no other way for her to go back on her word. Her heart skipped a beat.

Just then, Yao Tang’s words sounded from behind him.
He shot her a half-hearted smile. “If you forfeit now, then we can forget all about this deal,” he suggested.
In all honestly, he still didn’t believe that Yao Tang had a tombstone in City D.
How could someone have a tombstone all the way from City D? Not only that, but it was a Liu Family gravestone.

Yang Nian wasn’t the type to take things too far. If she admitted defeat now, he was still willing to revert things back to his original offer.
“Why don’t we just end it before the afternoon classes?”

He was stunned.
They only had an hour left before the afternoon classes. Could it be that she already had these two objects in her possession?

After saying that, he walked out and fished his phone from her pockets. He was just about to contact his own relatives.
Yao Tang might not know anyone who’d be able to help her transport the tombstone back from City D. However, he knew people he could.
