Huo Sishen lifted his brows some and tightened his lips.

She flipped some more!
“Yingqing. It’s a good name for a girl. It’s clear and simple.”

Huo Sishen didn’t even stop to think. As far as a girl is concerned, he didn’t want her to be too overly na?ve.
Mother Gu was a living testimony.
Gu Shishi wanted to shove the paper on his face.

“The characters don’t look too symmetrical?”
“Huo Yuyue. The moon shines at night.” (T/N: Yu = light. Yue = moon)
“This name is too gender-neutral.”
By the time Qin Ruhai came over to visit, he noticed that the two almost started fighting inside the patient room.
In less than 10 minutes, nevertheless, Qin Ruhai chimed in to come up with potential names for the child.”
“Are you kidding me? Huo Fufu is delightful to the ears and cute. What don’t you like about it?”

“You can read the names out loud. If he smiles when you read out a name, then that will be the one.”
Gu Shishi finally booted Qin Ruhai out after his sloppy suggestion.
Gu Shishi passed her contraction time between resting and having discussions. Finally, when she was too tired to talk, Huo Sishen started narrowing the list down by himself and was finally able to narrow the list down to just over 100 names.
When Huo ChuChu arrived and saw what happened to Qin Ruhai, she was anxious and dared not speak an extra word.
That being said, she gave Qin Ruhai a thumbs up on Huo Fufu.
Her niece’s name would be double characters like hers.
And also similar to her mother, Gu Shishi.
It was cute and pleasing to the ears. Also looked like a family.
She liked this one.

Qin Ruhai sighed and Huo ChuChu, too, felt a little blue.

Huo Sishen, as the father, his eyes reddened the moment that the doctor brought their son over. He, however, cared more about Gu Shishi’s condition.
Looking at how exhausted she was, he suddenly felt that he would be okay with any name as long as the name wasn’t too girly.
He only wanted the mother of his child to be happy.
Naturally, he didn’t want her to tire herself out too much right after she had given birth.
As such, he listened to Qin Ruhai’s suggestion and started reading the names to his child and had him pick for himself.
“You are too worn out. Get some rest in the next few days. Our child can make his own decision.”
That was what he said to Gu Shishi.
Gu Shishi felt that she had been run over by a truck.
She felt the method was too sloppy but one look at her little pink son with the creases on him, she felt that one could pinch water out of her heart.
Nevermind about reading the names to him, she would even sing children songs to him.
As long as it would make her child happy.
