Yun Bilu felt happy whenever Huang Yize was by her side. She rolled around for a while before she woke up.
She could not remember when she fell asleep last night, but seeing that it was already past nine, she knew that she couldn’t waste any more time. It has been a long time since the two of them met, so she really wanted to talk and spend more time with him.
When Yun Bilu walked out of the bedroom, she saw Huang Yize packing in the living room.
Yun Bilu beamed upon seeing that scene. Huang Yize looked great even while packing luggage.
Yun Bilu hopped over. “Huang Yize.”
Huang Yize’s expression softened upon seeing Yun Bilu’s energetic self. “Awake?”
“Yep, why are you packing?”
“Still in a daze after waking up? We’re going to Country M in the afternoon.”
“Oh, I remember.” Only now did she remember what Huang Yize said yesterday.
“Then I’ll have to tell Master as well.”
“Your master has already gone to Country M. We will be going in the afternoon.”
Yun Bilu nodded her head, but upon thinking further, she realized something’s off. “Huang Yize, how do you know about my master? And you even know about his schedule?”
Yun Bilu was feeling suspicious as she tugged at Huang Yize’s arm.
Huang Yize smiled serenely. “You’re fully awake now? Your master is naturally my master as well.”
Yun Bilu was startled as she gawked at Huang Yize. She pointed at him and said, “You! He’s my master!”
“You’re mine, and I’m yours, so naturally, your master will be my master as well.”
Yun Bilu gaped. It wasn’t like she could win Huang Yize in a verbal battle, so she simply pouted. It felt good that her master was his master as well, though.
Yun Bilu could always manage her own emotions, so she smiled cheekily. “Huang Yize, you admit that I’m the only one for you, right?”
Huang Yize sighed and knocked her on the forehead. “Go and wash up. Breakfast’s done. If we delay any longer, it will become lunch.” If he did not recognize her as his only one, he wouldn’t worry so much for her nor would he accompany her to Country A for the New Year, or try so hard to get a bit of free time just to accompany her and make her happy.
With a sound of acknowledgement, she went to wash up in the toilet.
Huang Yize placed the luggage at one side before he went to the kitchen to reheat the dishes and brought them out.
When Yun Bilu was done washing up, the two ate breakfast together before Yun Bilu dragged Huang Yize around as she talked.
It was usually only Yun Bilu talking while Huang Yize would inject one or two lines once in a while. Although his expression was quieter, he always looked at her with warmth.
After lunch, Huang Yize forced Yun Bilu to take a nap.
When it was almost three in the afternoon, Huang Yize carried their luggage and he held onto Yun Bilu’s hand as they made their way to the airport.
With Huang Yize by her side, Yun Bilu felt especially assured. There was no need to think of anything since he would have already thought of it for her.
If she wanted to sleep, she could. If she wanted to talk, she could. She could do anything she wanted without worrying, which was the good thing about having a male demigod-slash-bodyguard by her side.
When the plane landed in Country M, Huang Yize directly brought Yun Bilu to the hotel.
On the way, Yun Bilu discovered that Country M’s culture was vastly different from others. Culture seemed to play an important part in the country, and the buildings were exceptionally unique and pretty. The entire city was clean as well.
“It’s really clean and pretty.”
