1753 Choke
The young master at the head of the table in particular looked at Arvi.
Arvi also looked at him with a frown as she used her shawl to cover her exposed arms. She has been subjected to most abuse in the group and she is very sensitive to those kinds of looks. She doesn’t like people staring at her like that.
The young master stood up and walked to their table.
He snapped his fingers and a waitress came running towards him.
“Bring me the Red Charm.” The Waitress nodded and hurriedly ran away.
“Do you guys know what Red Charm is?”
The young master asked the students.
They all looked at the Crystal bottle that waitress brought in a few seconds and the young master continued not minding their silence.
“It’s the most expensive you might have ever seen. It will cost a fortune. There are a merchant groups on this planet that would have to sell all of their assets just to get a wat of this wine.
…..
I am gifting you a bottle since you accompanied this fine young lady here.”
He said as he looked at Arvi. Everyone looked at him with a frown as they looked at him.
Habi looked at the crystal bottle, took the bottle into his hands and took a small whiff of it.
The young master looked at him smugly, awaiting his amazing response.
But instead, he saw Habi’s look of disgust.
“Damn, this smells like beast piss. This is basically red colored beast’s piss. Who would sell all of their assets just for this sewage?”
He said as he slammed the crystal bottle on the ground. The whole restaurant has gone silent. Everyone looked at him in shock. The waiters and the other staff of the restaurant in particular looked at the broken bottle in horror.
Habi on the other hand just took out a wine from Dusk from his storage and started pouring it to his friends.
“I am pretty sure you guys are sick of this piss you are drinking until now. Let’s change. I can’t take it anymore.”
He popped open the cork of the gourd as he poured the wine. The smell whiffed through the whole restaurant as everyone took a deep breath to savor it.
This is the most fragrant wine in whole of Dusk organization. One of Sia’s creations and it is made from a fruit that was specially bred under a very strict set of restrictions.
The manure it got, the watering, and other additives added when it was germinating. The whole regiment is a nightmare for the farmers working on it. But the fruit itself is worth it and the wine made from it is on a next level.
Merchants from realms fight to get batches of it and of course as students of Sam himself, they have special privileges.
“Good thing you brought this, that red charm or whatever that is, just its smell has hurt my taste buds. I want to cleanse it with this.”
Arvi said casually as she extended her cup.
The young master felt humiliated and he glared at the manager. The manager ran forward and started yelling at the Students.
“You? Do you guys know what you are doing? How dare to break a precious bottle of red charm? Do you think you can afford it? Don’t think you will be off the hook easily, even if you managed to sell your lives and paid for the wine bottle, you have to pay for the misdemeanor and arrogance you showed towards our restaurant.”
“Really? Who the fuck is going to make us do that? Don’t tell me, it would be you and the guards that are hiding behind that door leading to the kitchen. And it is certainly not the young lady disguised as a waitress. The skirt is doing nothing to hide your dagger.
Or is that the manager who is obviously unable to control his blood lust with enough finesse to disguise himself as a normal restaurant employee? Who the fuck is going to make us pay?
It is certainly not any of them I pointed out.”
Habi kept on pushing it as he sipped his wine.
Kasi looked at him coldly and said.
“Habi, stop it. We are not here to fight. Not now.”
He has been silent the whole time and this is the first time he has spoken.
The young master looked at Kasi. Obviously, Kasi is bigger than the rest of the students because of his genetics and his Astral Soul Constitution gave him a very peculiar aura. Particularly his eyes looked like they could see through anything.
It is almost like they can look through the soul.
The young master looked at him and a smug smile appeared on his face.
“Seems like someone at least knows their limits here. Bunch of bumpkins”. He then looked at Arvi and was about to say something more, but Kasi shot him a glare that made him take a step back.
It felt like his body was deprived of his soul for a moment.
“What the fuck are you looking at you bastard?” The young master spoke up instantly while backing off.
Everyone looked at him coldly. That word is kind of a sensitive thing in Dusk. Most people in Sam’s city avoid it like plague. Because the tales of Sam that were spread across the planet for years always had one thing in common.
Never call Sam a bastard or there will be hell to pay.
The students inherited a similar sentiment.
The young master looked at them and when his gaze met with Arvi’s ice-cold eyes, he frowned and felt butt hurt.
“What the fuck are you looking at bitch? Do you even know who I am? I am the next-in-line successor of this organization, I could ruin your lives in a snap.”
Habi almost held the Executioner and was ready to slit his throat, but Kasi and Arvi stopped him
“Let’s get out of here.”
Kasi said as he threw a spatial ring to the manager.
“That should suffice for the bill. The wine and more.”
They turned around and walked towards the entrance.
The young masters’ table mates already came to his side to watch the spectacle. Some of them are already whispering. After all, the young master came to this table to accomplish something and he bragged about it before he even tried it out.
So, he followed the group outside along with the rest of the young masters and yelled at them.
“Hey, wait right there. Do you think, you can just walk away like that?”
The students are getting annoyed every second. They really wanted to slap the shit out of him.
Kasi looked at him as she spoke to his friends.
“Guys, we are not doing anything now. We will move according to the plan. Let’s leave.”
Before he could even finish his words, the young master clapped and a bunch of Giants appeared. They all wore full body armor and their weapons are well crafted. They are strong and powerful. They looked like great warriors.
“Get them.”
The young master said the Giants were about to make a move and while they are moving forward, the young master gestured to the leader pointing at Arvi.
The leader of the Giants understood what is happening and gestured for his companions to wait so that he could move forward and grab Arvi.
As he was about to grab her by her arm, Kasi came forward and swooped in.
His stature is naturally huge, but he is definitely not as big as a giant. But his strength is a match. In fact more than a match in many ways.
He pushed the arm back and said.
“Get lost before I choose otherwise. This is the last chance.”
“You humor me, kid.”
The captain of the giants didn’t back down and just pushed forward. He didn’t back off or make another move, he just stood there trying to move forward. Arvi didn’t even move. She just stood there silently while Kasi also didn’t change his position and pushed the arm back.
It is a battle of stubbornness and strength.
Kasi didn’t even frown as he pushed the guy’s arm back slowly. His muscles didn’t even look strained. He kept on pushing back slowly.
The giant looked flustered and used his second hand to push back. Kasi took a deep breath and said.
“Guys, don’t make a move. I will handle this.”
As he said, he just pushed the giant’s hands back. But this time, he had a death grip on those hands as his spiritual energy entered into the arms.
He forcefully, made the arms move as he wanted. Now the giant got scared and tried to use his arms normally. But he couldn’t do anything. All he could do is watch fearfully as Kasi made his arms go to the Giant’s throat and make his fingers move to squeeze in his own neck.
The rest of the Giants were stunned for a moment before they tried to take down Kasi. They attacked from the rear to make him let go. But he is unmoving.
He just stood there like an unmoving mountain. At that moment as the hammers and axes are being slammed at him, Kasi stood taller than any giant present there.
