Ni Yang lowered his head in guilt.

Chen Jie inhaled deeply and placed her hand on Ni Yang’s.
“What’s wrong with you two? Speak whatever is on your mind. Why are you so hesitant with me today?” Huo Mian noticed how weirdly they acted today.

Mustering his courage, Ni Yang continued, “Sis, we’ll immigrate to another country.”
“Immigrate?”

Ni Yang nodded. “Yeah. Sis, we’ve been wanting to move to another country for a long time now, but we don’t want to leave you… You’ve done so much for us and we want to stay by your side forever. But now that you no longer work in the hospital and Jie resigned, we’ve begun to think about emigration once again.”
Chen Jie explained, “Sister Mian, you know Ni Yang’s family situation is very special. Shuai and their mother used to have a hard life. Even though they have money now, there are still rumors bothering us, especially Shuai; he’s always mocked in school. We’ve been thinking of leaving for a long time. After his retirement, Ni Yang is still being stalked and harassed by fans when he goes out shopping or eating. So, we want to move to another place and start a new life.”
“This is… great news. Are you guys dumb or something? There’s nothing embarrassing about it.”
Huo Mian was surprised by their decision to emigrate but felt happy for them, too.
“We just don’t want to leave you. Now that you’re pregnant, I want to stay by your side and take care of you.” Chen Jie almost wept.
Without Huo Mian, Chen Jie wouldn’t be able to achieve so much. In the years when she was Huo Mian’s assistant, she got lots of professional guidance from Huo Mian and married Ni Yang, getting a happy family.
“What are you talking about? It’s a good thing that you are moving to another country. It’s not like we’ll never see each other again. Your brother-in-law and I always travel abroad anyway… Which country do you want to emigrate to?”
Chen Jie and Ni Yang exchanged a look and said, “Denmark.”
“Great. People in Denmark have the highest satisfaction about their life. A country of fairy tales. Excellent choice.”
“Has your application been approved? I have clients in Denmark and can help you.”
Qin Chu, who had been silent, offered.
