“Listen, Mary, you have to be on your best behavior; I have taken a huge risk by asking the director to let you witness the event; you should keep your promise and be good,” said Grandmaster Salvador to the young girl who looked to be seventeen-eighteen years old.
She is wearing an over-the-top frilly pink dress with a diamond tiara on her; thank god, he was able to dissuade her from that silly star staff that she liked to poke people; she had even once poked the director with that thing.
He wanted to dissuade her from wearing that silly dress and crown, but mary didn’t listen. He should be feeling grateful that he was able to dissuade her from using that god-awful staff.
“You are going to witness one of the biggest secrets of the human race, and I really hope you will not try any of your antics there,” He said and only to see her, not listening to his words, as usual; instead she focused on her gloves, whose design she is changing every second.
“You are really a worry rat, Herman; I promise you I will behave like a good girl as long as wherever you are taking me does not disappoint me,” She said without looking up from her gloves as they walked down the hallway.
Hearing that, Herman couldn’t help but shake his head in worry and once again thought about whether he was making a great mistake bringing her. If she tried her antics on one of the wrong people, even he might be able to save her from getting beaten up.
This girl might not look like a teen, but she is over a hundred years old, and sadly, they are best friends. They have known each other since they were children, and he was with her when she had eaten that envious miracle fruit.
It was one of the fruit of age, a very powerful one, with the power to slow down her age. In nearly a century, she had eaten the fruit; she had barely aged two years.
It is an envious fruit, and if records are right, then it would let her live for thousands of years. Still, if mary had known what kind of miracle fruit it was before she impulsively ate it, she might have not eaten it.
Not everyone wants to have a long life; some just want a normal one. This silly behavior is just her way of coping with this condition of hers.

Soon, we reached the end of the hallway and stopped in front of a big door. “Once again, mary, you should be on your best behavior,” I said and pushed open the door.
I was working on the last bit of preparations when two people appeared on the floating disk; it was Grandmaster Salvador and his friend crazy Marie or mary as she loke to be called.
Once again, she was wearing a ridiculous dress, though I did not see that silly staff in her hand, which is a good thing.
I can’t imagine what would happen to her if she dared to poke some of the people here.
“Grandmaster Salvador, take Grandmaster Mary with you and inscribe the section twelve to section twenty-five,” I said and threw a crystal at him.
He had been working non-spot and barely slept for twelve hours in the past five days, which could be said to be a reality for most of us, including the assistants.
Increasing the staff for the project has become a priority, and I have been doing that for the past few months, but given how many checks on has to go through, the process of recruitment is exceptionally slow.
Well, after tomorrow, it will be faster, as the project wouldn’t be a secret anymore. It would be extremly hard to hide it, considering the numbers we are going to attack Grimms with; such numbers do come out of thin air within less than a year of time.
Eight hours passed, and when I finally finished with the formation and seeped my concentration inside it.
As I did, it spread through a vast array of formations covering the miles of the area; I checked the formation, and as I had expected, there was no problem. These formations have been inscribed by the Grandmasters; there are rarely any problems when people Grandmasters Charline and Salvador do the job.
“I am going to rest for two hours,” I said as I withdrew my soul sense from the formation and laid down directly on the disk.
I have a very important task in front of me when the breakthroughs begin, and it is going to be extremly straining. I would have if I could get a little more rest than two hours, but unfortunately, I can’t.
“Wake up,”
My clone woke me up exactly two hours later, and the first thing I did was check the formation once again before beginning to check on the other things; by the time I was finished checking everything, nearly an hour had passed.
“What do you all think? Can you see any problem,” I asked my team; there was a possibility I might have missed something, and I wanted to know about it before we began.
“As long as I could tell, everything looks perfect,” Jim replied; I looked at the others, but they also shook their head; seeing that, I couldn’t help but feel relieved.
A few minutes passed, and when the flying disk lit up, and people appeared. My team was familiar with people but not crazy Marie. Seeing those who appeared, she shook and even opened her mouth to curse out loud; thankfully, Grandmaster Salvador anticipated it and closed her mouth with his energy.
It is a good thing he did; it would not be wise to curse in front of the Grand Lord.
A total of twelve people have appeared, nine council members and three Grand Lords; of them, only two were present physically, Lord Hunt and Patriarch Bradford.
I am a little surprised seeing the sky lord present in his physical body considering what is happening outside, but I should not be seeing how important this moment is, and the presence of the grand lord is both reassuring and comforting.
“Grand Lords, council,” I greeted.
“Grandmaster Zaar, the pyramid, and the whole human is extremly grateful to you and your team and wishes you all the fortune in the world,” said Grand Commander.
“It is our duty Grand Commander,” I said with a smile.
“Have all the preparations been complete?” asked Grand Commander; I could see the great anticipation in her eyes but in everyone’s eyes. There is also great curiosity; aside from my core team, I didn’t tell anyone about it, so there is a pretty high chance they didn’t know about the number of advancements we are going to perform today.
“Yes, everything is ready,” I replied.
Tap!
“Then, we should not wait,” she said, and I nodded and tapped on the air with my finger; just as I did, a great change occurred, and a minute later, the huge empty arena had transformed completely.
Now, there are seventy-one hundred meter radius runic spheres floating around the arena, with each sphere having a human in its center.
