Huo Yao stood beside Huo Yulin for an entire minute and looked at his computer screen without saying a word.
Huo Yulin noticed that Huo Yao was still around, so he automatically raised his head and looked at her. He paused briefly when he saw her staring at his computer screen before he said, “Are you interested in coding too?”
He had seen coding applications on her computer previously, so he guessed she was interested in the subject.
“I dabble occasionally,” answered Huo Yao.
She contemplated before she added. “I am studying Bioinformatics. Although it is slightly different from normal computing, they are quite similar.”
Huo Yulin nodded in agreement. “Their basics are the same, but have different applications.”
“Uh huh.” Huo Yao lowered her eyes and asked casually. “Brother Yulin, why are you writing this program?”
“I saw people talking about it on a forum, so I decided to give it a go since it sounded interesting,” explained Huo Yulin.
“But the preliminary code for this application is really tricky,” added Huo Yulin as he rubbed his chin.
Huo Yao contemplated briefly and said without delving deeply into the subject, “Virtual functions are used in Bioinformatics too. There is just one problem. Its fault tolerance is too high. It would be better to use some other method for integration, such as module decomposition.”
“Module decomposition?”
Huo Yulin narrowed his eyes and contemplated as numbers jumped in front of his eyes.
After thinking briefly, he suddenly got it. He hurriedly deleted a large chunk of code on the computer and rewrote it.
Huo Yao raised her brow and quietly left without disturbing him.
After Huo Yulin was done working on the program, he tested it and found that it was running well and smiled. He raised his head, but his little sister had already left.
Huo Yulin went quiet for a long time before smiling again . He clicked on a computer application, clicked on the forum, and sent his program to a friend.

After Huo Yao was done bathing, she felt a lot more energetic.
She walked up in front of her desk to pull out the chair and took a seat before turning on the computer.
She clicked on the instant messenger interface and signed in on invisible mode.
Since she was rarely online and was not the sort to chat, no one tried talking to her online. After taking a quick look on her social media, she pursed her lips and wanted to turn it off when she noticed nothing new.
Huo Yao thought about the AL project and its genetic programming and wanted to read up on it. Just as she reached out for her bag, she realized that she had left it in Min Yu’s car.
Huo Yao leaned into the seat and rubbed her brow. Her beautiful collar bone was faintly visible under her pajama collar while her skin was translucent and fair. She sat quietly for a few minutes before reaching out for her phone on the table.
Just as she was about to click on WeChat, a dialog box suddenly appeared on her screen. Her hands froze briefly as she glanced at the screen.
J’s nickname had appeared on the dialog box.
J: [Papa, you are finally online.]
Huo Yao: […]
He used to call her kid all the time, so it came as a surprise to see him calling her papa. She felt unaccustomed to seeing it.
Huo Yao glanced at the icon on the bottom right corner of the computer screen before she raised her brow and replied: [It seems you have improved a lot recently. I’m surprised you found out when I went online invisibly.]
The man was sitting in front of a computer when his face twitched. This was no praise. It was clearly an insult.
Since he was a hacker, it was a shame for him to be incapable of tracking someone’s online activities.
J cleared his throat awkwardly. He automatically disregarded her insults and conversed with her enthusiastically: [Papa, what have you been up to?]
