1602 Caught Right Away
Huo Changfeng heard people talking in the lift while he was speaking. He turned around and halted automatically.
He raised his head to see the group of people walking out of the lift.
It was none other than Wu Yue and Huo Yao’s senior brothers.
Huo Changfeng was stunned to see them.
What was going on?
Didn’t Miss Huo mention that she was eating with her senior brothers?
However, Huo Yao had no idea her ploy was discovered. She said obediently, “Uncle Changfeng, if you have somewhere to go, then we’re going to eat without you. See you around.”
Huo Changfeng went quiet.
His cheek twitched. A few seconds later, he still did not dare to believe his eyes as he put down the phone.
Wu Yue spotted Huo Changfeng outside the lift. Even though Huo Changfeng had an intimidating aura, Wu Yue still walked over and greeted him politely. “Afternoon, Mr. Huo.”
“Hi there.” Huo Changfeng nodded slightly. He gathered his thoughts and raised his head to look behind Wu Yue. He acted dumb and asked casually. “Isn’t Miss Huo with you?”
“She probably went out to eat with her friend,” replied Wu Yue.
Huo Changfeng nodded to Wu Yue and thanked him before he turned to leave expressionlessly.
The stupid man must have led Miss Huo astray.

The Math department teacher brought his students over and prepared to head to Sirin University at 2:00 pm.
They stood outside the hotel entrance.
“Is one student missing?” The Math department teacher glanced behind Wu Yue.
Wu Yue was about to speak when he saw Huo Yao getting off a car by the roadside. He promptly said, “My students are all here.”
He pointed outside as he spoke.
The Math department teacher looked outside. He stopped trying to make trouble and simply said in annoyance, “Since everyone’s here, let’s go.”
Ji Ya was chatting with the students but she kept looking outside. She had already spotted Huo Yao getting off the car before Wu Yue did, so she was still paying attention there.
When the student noticed that Ji Ya did not answer, she asked. “Ji Ya, what are you looking at? We have to go.”
Ji Ya snapped out of her thoughts and looked a little puzzled. Before long, she composed herself and smiled as she shook her head. “Nothing.”
Perhaps she had made a mistake. It could not be him.
“Got it.” The student failed to detect anything amiss with Ji Ya’s expression. She held her hand and followed behind the teacher. “In a minute, we can see Sirin University. I’m quite excited.”
The hotel was not far from Sirin University, so they had decided to go there on foot.
At the mention of Sirin University, Ji Ya turned her attention back to the students.
She had the opportunity to go to Sirin University as an exchange student for a year last year. Sadly, some things happened at home.
Ji Ya smiled wryly before composing herself. She turned to glance behind.
Huo Yao was walking right at the back and looked relaxed. She appeared no different from a tourist.
Li Chenhui slowed down to walk beside her as he chatted with her. “Junior Sister, we ran into your uncle when we went downstairs for lunch. He has such an intimidating vibe. I have to say he resembles a mafia boss straight out of the movies.”
Huo Yao was just walking casually. The moment she heard what Li Chenhui said, she nearly stumbled.
