1587 Master Jinfeng
Miss Huo was arriving today, so his boss left in a hurry.
Zhuo Yun patted his head. He was so busy that he completely forgot about the matter.
He promptly was in no mood to tell Blaye’s town mayor to leave. He would much prefer to pick up Miss Huo with his boss.
Even though Zhuo Yun was a little disappointed, he quickly went to the waiting room.
The town mayor of Blaye had been waiting for over three hours. When he saw Zhuo Yun enter the room, he quickly stood up. “Where is Chairman Min? Is he still busy?”
Zhuo Yun looked at the mayor and found the man very unlucky. Of all days, he had to show up on the day of Miss Huo’s arrival.
Zhuo Yun tutted softly and said with a straight face, “My bad. He was busy and had to go. I suggest you try again in a couple of days.”
The town mayor of Blaye looked upset and nearly grabbed Zhuo Yun with both hands. “I have something very important to tell him. I have already waited for two days.”
Zhuo Yun smiled politely before he said in an apologetic tone, “I’m sorry. There’s nothing I can do about it.” He paused and added. “Why don’t you talk to me instead? I can pass a message to Chairman Min.”
The town mayor of Blaye looked disappointed. He parted his lips hesitantly, but he did not go into detail about the report he had for Min Yu. Instead, he said, “I have to speak to Chairman Min personally.”
“Then come back in a couple of days.” Zhuo Yun was unmoved. The moment he finished his sentence, he nodded and turned to leave the room.
The town mayor of Blaye felt completely dejected. He took a step backward powerlessly.
After some time, he finally walked out of the room solemnly. As he walked to the lift, he failed to pay attention to his surroundings and accidentally walked into someone.
It was a bureau official and he had already known of the mayor’s arrival. The man looked at the mayor and noticed his disappointment. He pondered for a couple of seconds and invited the mayor to his office politely.

Huo Changfeng already knew what time Huo Yao’s flight would land. He went to the airport two hours in advance to wait for her.
He did not send his men to pick up Huo Yao. Instead, he went personally.
The airport was not very crowded, but quite a number of people were at the arrival gate.
Huo Changfeng was dressed in black wearing a pair of shades. Since he had an intense aura, the people around him automatically wanted to keep a distance from him even though he was standing there casually.
Moreover, a subordinate dressed in black was with him. They looked like they were not to be trifled with.
Huo Changfeng’s phone rang in his pocket.
He took out his phone and saw it was Master Jinfeng calling. He told his subordinate to wait there and went somewhere with no one around to answer the phone.
“Hi, Master Jinfeng,” said Huo Changfeng reverently.
“Did you pick her up yet?” An imposing voice came from over the phone.
Huo Changfeng raised his hand to check his watch. “Not yet. She’ll probably get here around 6:30 pm.”
“I see,” acknowledged the man softly. He pondered for some time before he finally said somewhat worriedly, “Do you think she’ll be scared of me?”
Huo Changfeng cleared his throat. In the past, he would have replied as an affirmative to Master Jinfeng. But now he said, “Miss Huo is no ordinary girl, so she probably won’t feel intimidated by you.”
“Probably? That means you can’t be sure either, right?” The man spoke softly. It was completely not his style to speak in this tone.
