Huo Yao’s car arrived at the warehouse after two minutes.
She raised her head and looked at Yuan Xi through the rearview mirror before she opened the car door and got off.
It was dark at night, but the warehouse was brightly lit. Huo Yao narrowed her eyes looking at it. Only two men were guarding the warehouse entrance. She quietly approached them and finished them off without making a sound.
The guards standing outside didn’t even know what hit them.
Huo Yao put away her silver needles once she was done with them.
She could hear gunfire coming from the warehouse, so she raised her head and quickly entered the compound.
The scent of blood wafted in the air. The closer she got to the warehouse, the louder the commotion.
Min Yu evaded the bullets flying toward him as he fought Cheetah and moved around like a phantom. Even though Cheetah seemed to have the upper hand, he knew that Min Yu was just messing around with them.
Min Yu had already quietly finished off half of his subordinates. Cheetah had a feeling that he was deliberately taking his time.
They could not keep on doing this. After all, he was not on his home ground. If Min Yu was expecting backup, it was impossible for them to escape unscathed, let alone complete their mission.
Cheetah had completely lost his patience. He gave the order to fight without restraint. He just needed Min Yu alive when he handed this person to the client.
Min Yu glanced at the mercenaries completely unperturbed. He evaded Cheetah’s attack and raised his hand as he moved. He instantly grabbed Cheetah by the wrist and stood behind Cheetah.
Time to wrap up.
Cheetah narrowed his eyes. Since Cheetah was a professional mercenary, his instincts went on overdrive as he did his utmost to wrestle himself free of Min Yu’s grip.
Min Yu pursed his lips as he tightened his hold on Cheetah. When he suddenly detected something, he paused and loosened his grip on the man.
The moment Min Yu loosened his grip, Cheetah promptly regained the upper hand. He turned around and raised his hand to punch Min Yu.
Cheetah had a brawny build, so his attacks were very powerful. This blow was undoubtedly going to hurt.
Suddenly, a silver needle appeared out of thin air and went straight for Cheetah’s hand. Cheetah froze in surprise as though he was pinned down. His hand was already a few centimeters away from Min Yu, but he was unable to finish attacking him.
He looked at the silver needle piercing through his hand in horror. He could sense his body going so weak that it became limp.
His subordinates also felt powerless. They were so weak that they could not even hold their guns steady. Their weapons fell squarely onto the ground.
Cheetah was in a slightly better condition. He finally detected someone else’s presence along with a powerful aura.
He did his utmost to turn around and saw a silhouette appearing from the darkness. The person was dressed in black and looked like a demon straight from hell.
Cheetah lost balance and knelt on the ground. He placed his injured hand on his knee. Blood could be seen trickling down from the silver needle. He could not be bothered by the blood and simply kept looking at the person approaching him.
When the person got close enough, he finally managed to see the person’s face. She was a beautiful young woman with a murderous look in her eyes. Her powerful aura was as formidable as any of the top mercenaries in the trade.
“Who you?” asked Cheetah in broken Mandarin.
Huo Yao glanced at Cheetah mildly. When she saw the tattoo on the back of his ear, she was surprised.
