Yang Yi shrank his neck. He acknowledged softly without harping on the subject.

Zhuo Yun had contacted Assistant Wang and made arrangements to meet him.
Assistant Wang was already there when Zhuo Yun got there.
“Miss Huo asked for this.” Assistant Wang handed the box to Zhuo Yun.
Assistant Wang thought he would have the opportunity to see the famous honorary deputy chairman in person today. Unfortunately, she was busy and could not be here in person, so he felt a little disappointed. When he saw Zhuo Yun, he was caught by surprise.

“The ID card for the deputy chairman,” answered Assistant Wang.
The deputy chairman?
From the sound of it, it sounded like a high-ranking post in the association. Zhuo Yun was instantly puzzled. He rubbed the box in his hands as he pondered. Finally, he could not resist asking again. “What kind of deputy chairman?”
Assistant Wang was stunned. He did not expect Zhuo Yun to be unaware of Huo Yao’s new status. He went quiet before he smiled and replied. “You will have to ask Miss Huo. I am not in the position to divulge this.”
Although Zhuo Yun was terribly curious, he did not keep probing since Assistant Wang had put it this way. He simply nodded. “Okay. I will let her know.”
“Thanks.” Assistant Wang nodded.
Zhuo Yun waved his hand. Before long, he took the things and got into the car parked by the roadside.
Assistant Wang watched as his car left before taking out his phone to send Huo Yao a text message, in which he explained the situation.

Meanwhile, at the campus.
Huo Yao had just gone to the bathroom and was returning to the laboratory. When she got to the entrance, she did not enter right away.
Wang Jing’s lips twitched on seeing this. She said, “Mr. Yuan is gone.”
Huo Yao was so strange. Every time Yuan Huan was at the laboratory, she would keep hiding in the bathroom until he left.
“I see.” Huo Yao touched her nose. She stood outside briefly before walking inside.
Wang Jing slid her chair over beside Huo Yao. She looked at Huo Yao firmly before asking softly. “You don’t seem to like Mr. Yuan.”
Huo Yao raised her brow. “It’s not that I don’t like him. I just don’t like the smell of medical solution on him.”
“Medical solution? What smell?” Wang Jing was puzzled. She recalled the faint smell of Mr. Yuan. “Isn’t that perfume?”
It did not seem to smell bad to her.
Huo Yao shrugged without harping on the subject. “Maybe.”
Wang Jing automatically wanted to pay attention to his scent the next time he came.
Huo Yao turned on the computer once more and continued with her calculations.
Since she had spent a lot of time in the bathroom, she instinctively worked more quickly, so the numbers on her screen were jumping very rapidly.
Wang Jing had just gone back to her table when she witnessed this. She was dumbfounded.
