Kar98K Upon Touchdown! Chapter 732

Chapter 732 - Langzi, the Old Artist!

Tatatat~!

Rapid gunfire erupted from a high point in Farm. A string of bullets flew toward Liu Zilang like raindrops from a sudden storm, and it caused dirt and debris to fly on both sides of the speeding motorcycle.

Splat!

Liu Zilang suffered an unfortunate hit. A cloud of blood appeared on his body as a chunk of his health was taken out.

His opponent wielded a respectable level of control and accuracy. Hence, Liu Zilang was not going to take him head-on. Instead, he steered the motorcycle in a different direction.

“Wow! GodV is really something even with just a 4x scope.”

“Heheh, it looks like 4AM is addicted to internal conflicts. Let’s watch Wei-chan clear the ranks this time.”

“Since someone is already occupying his intended destination, is he going to run away?”

“…”

Liu Zilang was not a weak-willed player.

He rode toward a patch of woodland that was on a slope near Twelve Golden Palaces. After healing himself, he rode his motorcycle once more and swiftly returned to the scene.

From the attack earlier, Liu Zilang had gained vital information. That was, the grain silos had only one occupant.

The grain silos were located almost at the center of the safe zone. There was no reason for him to abandon the prospect of such an ideal spot so easily.

In his ‘vengeful return’, he did not recklessly get too close to the grain silos. Instead, he drove around them.

GodV tried shooting at Liu Zilang, but he soon realized that he was not going to come closer to him. Hence, he eventually gave up on shooting him. It was much more prudent for him to conserve ammunition.

In solo tournaments, the chances of one looting a crate decreased as the match progressed.

That was the reason why most players preferred to stockpile ammunition and other resources in the early circles of the game.

GodV had jumped to Twelve Golden Palaces to obtain equipment. He had not expected himself to strike a single destiny circle since the start of the match.

Nevertheless, he enjoyed four consecutive destiny circles.

The signs made GodV believe that he was truly the ‘chosen one’ of the match!

As the chosen one, GodV had to think of long-term plans so that he could enjoy the chicken dinner at the end. He could not afford to split hairs over the puny motorcycle in front of his eyes.

After going around a few more times, Liu Zilang noticed that GodV was ignoring him.

It was something out of his expectations.

‘Is my opponent short on ammo?’ he guessed.

He went around the grain silos another time.

Gunfire erupted once again before he could get close.

A string of bullets assailed him, striking the chassis of his motorcycle.

Liu Zilang was crestfallen when he realized that the fresh wave of bullets had not come from the grain silos. Instead, they had come from the slope in the southwest; the slope where he had taken a short break earlier.

Liu Zilang felt sore when he realized that someone was shooting at him from the back.

‘Am I hated by everyone?’

Meanwhile, GodV who was on the second floor of the silo cackled when he heard the gunfire outside.

‘Serves you right for going around on a motorcycle in such a small circle, f*cker!

‘You asked for a fight!’

Since someone was attacking his opponent, GodV was happy to extend a helping hand and contribute to the firepower.

“Oh? The one on the south slope is Guru Qiu. I think he only arrived recently, and he has spotted Vic.”

“GodV is joining the fight too. Wow! I hope that Liu Zilang learns his lesson.”

Indeed, Liu Zilang who was on the motorcycle had learned his lesson to not be so reckless.

On his final round around the grain silos, he spotted a leaning fence nearby.

He made up his mind to end the battle quickly.

Vroom vroom vroom~!

Liu Zilang ‘snake-danced’ with his motorcycle amid the rain of bullets. The motorcycle engine began to sound louder and louder as it twisted and turned to avoid being shot at.

Bullets whistled past his ears. However, his eyes never lost sight of the leaning fence.

In the blink of an eye, the motorcycle arrived next to the fence.

From the second-floor window of one of the grain silos, GodV could not see Liu Zilang from his angle.

However, Li Muqiu who was in the distance, as well as the viewers in the audience and live stream channel, were stunned when they saw Liu Zilang head there.

Based on previous experiences, they knew that he was going to pull off something unexpected.

Just as they were thinking of the possibilities…

Liu Zilang’s motorcycle dashed up the leaning fence. In a whoosh, it flew into the air like a cannonball!

Liu Zilang performed Thomas flares on the motorcycle while he was still in midair. It was as though he was a stunt performer.

“Turtles! Here he goes again!”

“Tsk tsk! Liu Zilang’s stunts are always a sight to behold!”

“Every time that fella shows off on the motorcycle, there’s an ulterior motive behind it… what’s his plan this time, I wonder?”

“He might be showing off just for the sake of it? It’s not like he can fly into the window of the grain silo from that angle…”

“…”

While the people in the Chinese live stream channel were discussing his latest performance, someone in the live audience was seen pointing at the big screen as they shouted uncontrollably!

As the motorcycle flew past the second-floor window of the grain silo, a frag grenade appeared in Liu Zilang’s hands.

Pull the pin!

Aim!

Throw!

Even though Liu Zilang’s body was spinning in the air, his entire sequence of actions was done in one fluid motion. It was as though he had choreographed it!

Next to the second-floor window of the grain silo.

GodV saw a motorcycle fly past the window with a whoosh. He rubbed his chin, wondering where he had seen such a thing before.

Then, as the motorcycle disappeared from his sight, he saw something fly in through the window.

Clank!

That thing hit the wall behind GodV before it rebounded and then rolled beneath his feet.

GodV lowered his head to take a look, and he was frightened out of his wits!

‘Mooomm!’

He quickly unarmed his gun and took off down the flight of stairs. Fortunately, Liu Zilang had not cooked the grenade while flying in the air, and GodV’s reaction was timely.

GodV was at the edge of the grenade’s shockwave when a ball of fire appeared behind him.

Boom!

GodV was still flung off his feet and thrown down the stairs by the eardrum-shattering explosion. However, he managed to survive with a sliver of health.

‘It’s him!

‘It has to be him!’

There was only one person on GodV’s mind!

That person had to be Liu Zilang.

There were a lot of professional players with incredible gun skills and danger sense in the international tournament. However, as for the number of people who wielded motorcycle and grenade-throwing skills like a work of art…

No one else came to mind other than the ‘old artist’ Liu Zilang.

Meanwhile, as GodV pulled out a first aid kit from his backpack at the foot of the staircase, the sound of a vehicle was heard coming from the front entrance of the grain silo.

The sound of the vehicle grew louder and louder before it suddenly stopped.

Creak!

The door was opened from the outside…
