Disappointed, Lucifer opened his eyes. He lazily laid on the ground, feeling like for the first time, he was helpless against something. As he dropped to the ground, he forgot to check the floor. A small pin was lying on the ground near him.
As soon as he laid on the ground, the pin stabbed on his shoulder.
He sat again without making much noise. This tiny bit of pain was nothing for him. He pulled out the pin and tossed it away.
He rubbed his shoulder gently. The pain stopped immediately as his wound healed. “Healing is so convenient. I don’t know where I would be without it. One of my favorite abilities. I can understand why Father liked it so much.”
” If only I could evolve this ability as well, it would’ve been so amazing. Unfortunately, I don’t even know where the healing core is, let alone being able to evolve it.”
He again laid on the ground, this time after checking carefully. He gazed at the roof blankly, trying to think how amazing it would’ve been if he could evolve having and what it would’ve been like.
“Wait a minute… Healing! That’s it! I checked all the cores but not Healing! It might be the Healing core which is making the Time core unstable since both are superior ability cores! And I can’t see the healing core doesn’t mean it’s not there!”
“If it’s actually the healing core which is making the Time core unstable, it must be near the Time core! But what can I even do with this knowledge? I can’t move a core from their original position. I don’t know how to do that with cores like these.”
