Feng Wu was amazed. “How did you know?”
What else could Yang Zhihu do?

He wanted to say something else, but he waved at her in the end. “You can go now.”
Feng Wu asked, “Are you done?”

She went back to her living quarters.
She noticed many people were giving her strange looks.
Some even talked behind her back.

Feng Wu frowned. Somebody must have been making up stories about her again.
She would usually ignore them since with her capability, she would soon rise to a new level.

Two girls walking ahead of her were talking about her.
Feng Wu walked up to them and patted them on the shoulder. “Hey, you.”
Female members of the colonels’ quarters spent most of their time cultivating, and they didn’t look as pretty as the others.
The two young women were at least 20, and it had been a while since they graduated. They hadn’t been taking care of their skin, which was a little sallow, and their pores were rather large.
When they stood side by side with Feng Wu, the comparison was very cruel.
The two women were Han Lu and Gao Ya. Both colonels were Level 6 Spiritual Kings.
When they saw Feng Wu’s young, pretty face, they felt rather defeated, and their faces darkened.
Han Lu asked grimly, “Who are you talking to?”
Feng Wu rested her hands on her waist. “I’m talking to whoever’s been talking about me behind my back.”
She didn’t try to keep her voice down, and the colonels all had sharp ears. Not only did the passersby hear her, many people in their rooms also heard her as well.
At their level, they only focused on their cultivation, so they usually worked in their rooms and ignored the commotion outside.
However, everybody who wasn’t cultivating turned to see what was happening.
Han Lu smirked when she saw how unrestrained the newcomer was. “What? What did you hear?”
Feng Wu snorted. “You were saying bad things about me. Was I wrong?”
Han Lu said, “Yes, I said things. Why can’t I? Guys, she’s Feng Wu! She’s only a Level 2 Spiritual King, but she’s already a colonel. Isn’t that ridiculous?!”
Gao Ya chimed in. “That’s right. Why can’t we talk about you? Our questions are reasonable. Why don’t you tell us how you, a Level 2 Spiritual King, became a colonel?
“Is it because of your capability? No, it’s because of your face!”
A Level 2 Spiritual King?
Many people’s opinion of Feng Wu changed.
She was only a Level 2 Spiritual King?
That made sense. She couldn’t be more than 15; at her age, she had done a great job to reach that level.
