The others all went pale when they heard that.
“How can it be a Level 6 Spiritual Lord? That’s a Class A beast! We’re not Class A students! How are we supposed to fight it?”
“Run!” Ye Han was the first to try and run.
They heard some whooshing sounds.
More Magic Vine Beasts appeared, surrounding the team.
One, two, three, four…
They no longer bothered to disguise themselves with their green vines and leaves. Instead, they stood up and faced all the students.
“Holy crap…”

In the end, they were surrounded by a dozen Magic Vine Beasts!
Ye Han almost fainted.
As if one Magic Vine Beast wasn’t enough to make them despair, there were twelve of them!
They had never felt so full of despair before.
“What should we do now?” Ye Han was so scared that she hid behind Shao Xiao.
Shao Xiao was ghastly pale as well.
However, he was the team leader, and everyone was counting on him. If he panicked, the others would fall apart as well.
“Don’t panic! There must be a way out of here!” Shao Xiao’s voice trembled as he tried to calm the others. “Stay calm! They won’t eat us!”
However, they saw that the beasts were slowly approaching them with hungry looks in their eyes.
They were closing in.
The vines on the beasts’ backs turned toward the students and kept spitting out the green liquid.
The venom was so potent that everyone turned pale.
“I don’t want to die…” Ye Han broke down. She was the first to break. “I don’t want to die. Help us!”
However, the beasts wouldn’t let them go just because of her tears.
On the contrary, they turned toward Ye Han and spat more liquid on her.
Ye Han was covered with it.
She screamed in fear.
The others weren’t doing much better. They had all turned a dark green shade.
Shao Xiao ground his teeth. “If we’re going to die anyway, let’s kill as many of them as possible before we’re gone! Attack!”
He struck first.
Huo Shan stopped Feng Wu.
In fact, he had been shielding Feng Wu this whole time and even took off his robe for her.
“Feng Wu, you go first!” Huo Shan said affirmatively. “I’ll hold them off for you! Run!”
Feng Wu patted him on the shoulder. “Move aside. I know what to do.”
But Huo Shan didn’t believe her.
He believed that Feng Wu was far weaker than he was and needed his protection.
“No, I won’t!” Huo Shan insisted. “I told you to leave, so just leave!”
Feng Wu asked, “Why won’t you leave?”
Huo Shan was on the brink of tears. “What good will it do if I get out alive? My boss’s boss will eat me alive! Compared with that, I’d rather die here!”
Feng Wu said, “Who’s that?”
