Zuo Qingyu and Dugu Yamo exchanged satisfied looks.
Oh my —
Here they were, thinking that His Royal Highness was so nice to Feng Wu, but then…
He was bellowing at her in front of everyone with such a ferocious look on his face. How could anyone say that he was in love with her after this? Hah!
Feng Wu had finally moved away from Jun Linyuan, but after he smacked her on the forehead, she lost her balance and fell to the ground.
“Pfft —”
A short distance away, Zuo Qingyu smirked.
As it turned out, His Royal Highness didn’t like Feng Wu all that much.
Staring at Feng Wu with a ferocious look in his eyes, the crown prince said, “If you want to die, go ahead! No one’s stopping you!”
He then flipped his sleeves and left.
“Your Royal Highness…” Feng Wu’s ears were still buzzing, but she still grabbed Jun Linyuan’s sleeve.
Infuriated, the crown prince threw her hand off and left without hesitation.
Poor Feng Wu was left behind.
His Royal Highness was mad…
Feng Wu had pissed His Royal Highness off…
Everyone in the crowd looked at Feng Wu with indescribable expressions in their eyes. Some were sympathetic while others gloated at her predicament.
Feng Wu had no idea what they were thinking, because she was lost in her own thoughts.
She was talking to the fairy.
“What about the fourth trial? What’s it going to be?” Feng Wu pressed.
She sounded worried because she had yet to recover from the previous trials.
The last two trials were finished only less than a minute before the deadline, and that was too close. She could have failed either time.
She couldn’t afford the loss.
The fairy covered her ears. “You’ve finished two trials in a row. Aren’t you tired? Don’t you need some rest?”
Feng Wu snorted. “No, I’m not, and I don’t need to rest. As long as I can find the broken star piece to save my beautiful master, I’ll do anything!”
The fairy could see the beautiful, god-like figure lying on the white jade ice bed in the ring space, and she tried to compare him with Jun Linyuan, the extremely talented teeanger.
She scratched her head, for she didn’t know who to choose between the two of them.
“What’s the rush? You won’t have another trial in a few hours, so get some rest and get your strength back.” The fairy felt conflicted after stealing a look at the task on her bulletin board.
Feng Wu was about to ask more questions, when she heard a sarcastic voice.
“Gosh, Feng Wu, why are you still here? If I were you, I would have run away by now!”
Turning around, Feng Wu saw that it was none other than Feng Liu.
Zuo Qingyu chuckled and feigned a vexed tone when she spoke to Feng Liu. “Don’t be so harsh. Can’t you see how upset your sister is? You should offer her some comforting words.”
Feng Liu smirked. “Comfort her? I would have to lose my mind to do that! If she hadn’t overreached and tried to fawn on the crown prince, she would never have to endure this! If you ask me, she got what she deserves!”
