“Big sister Yu Xi.” Dongfang Bing Ya saw Ye Yu Xi and greeted her.
“Big sister Yu Xi, why are you here today?” Mu Xue Qing excitedly said.
“You should know about the matter with Ji Chao Yuan.” When Ye Yu Xi sat down on a stool, the others also sat down. Bai Jin Yi had the discretion to go out, leaving only the sisters in the room.
Dongfang Bing Ya and Mu Xue Qing nodded. This had been spreading over the city all morning, so naturally they heard it from the people in their manor.

“Did anything happen to you guys during the past few days?” Ye Yu Xi asked this while waiting for the fatty.

They left the house together.

The fatty described everything he found in the Swallow Ridge in detail to Ye Yu Xi.
After the fatty finished, the hall fell silent.
There was only the sound Ye Yu Xi’s jade finger tapping on the table.
“Fatty, there were no signs of anything being buried?” Ye Yu Xi softly asked.
The fatty shook his head and thought about it again, “No. I investigated the surrounding area, there were no signs of the dirt being turned.”
Ye Yu Xi let out a deep breath, “Let’s leave this matter for now. Fatty, go and meet up with Shi Qing and Ye Wen at the inn, we’ll avoid the spotlight for a few days. Qing’er and the others will be fine.”
After having the fatty meet up with Shi Qing, Ye Yu Xi and Mu Xue Qing discussed where they would sleep before heading to their rooms.
Ye Yu Xi sat in a daze inside the room as she kept analyzing the situation in her mind.
Qing’er and the others disappearing gave Ye Yu Xi a reminder. Her strength……was too weak!
She wasn’t strong enough that people would fear her from just hearing her name!
If she had been like she had been on earth. People would tremble when mentioning her name, so people wouldn’t have dared have any ideas about Qing’er and the others.
