Thud! Thud! Thud!
The patients fell from the sky. The dull sounds of their bodies hitting the ground sent chills down their spines. Blood splattered on the ground and the wall. In just a few minutes, the front of the hospital building was filled with corpses.
The stench of blood was accompanied by a foul smell. The blood dyed the ground red. There were also some lumps mixed in, which seemed to be internal organs…

In the movie, the male and female leads escaped from the rooftop by fleeing down the stairs and arriving at the front entrance of the hospital.
