The long-awaited performance ended in less than an hour. The crowd before the stage dispersed but did not leave the bar just yet.
Lu Zhaoyang waited for Lin Yazhi at her seat for awhile but did not see her.
She could hear Lin Yazhi singing with the band recently, so why was she not back yet?

Perhaps Lin Yazhi was not here after all.
“Hello. May I know if any fans came to ask for your autograph earlier tonight?”
“There is no autograph session tonight, but since you’re already here, I can give you a hand if you want.” He smiled and stood to the side. “My pen is inside, please come in.”
Lu Zhaoyang looked at Lin Yazhi’s bag that she was carrying. She would surely be delighted if she got the man’s autograph for her.
“That would be much appreciated. Let me see what I have for the autograph.”
She opened Lin Yazhi’s bag, found a tiny notebook, and went inside the anteroom hesitantly.

“Let go!” Lu Zhaoyang struggled but could not overcome the man’s strength.
She smashed her bag against his hand but her own wristwas hit in the process. The pain made her frown.

He smugly grinned, which only made him look even more despicable to Lu Zhaoyang!
She found it frustrating that people nowadays could be so different from what they seem to be. This artist had looked like an honest man but was in fact such a horrible person!
She eyed the coffee table, reached for a cup and smashed it into his head!
The man finally let go. He groaned in pain and cried, “You wretch, how dare you hit me?!”
