He hadn’t eaten since he arrived in A City and hadn’t rested well after returning to his room, since he was either dealing with the company’s matters or the hotel’s matters. However, he actually lied and said that he had eaten.
However, looking at Mo Rao, who clearly believed Fu Ying’s words, he decided not to say anything for the sake of his job.

After obtaining Mo Rao’s agreement, Fu Ying smiled.

Someone came to look for you and wanted to say goodbye, but I sent them away. I hope my actions won’t affect you negatively.”
Mo Rao looked at Fu Ying in confusion. “How would it affect me negatively?”
“Ugh…” He pretended to ponder for a moment. “My excuse was that you’re a little tired and haven’t woken up yet.”
