Buzz Rip!
Two things happened when I moved my leg to step into the teleportation formation; the first one I am quite familiar with, as it had happened so many times.
My core had released the strengthening energies into my runes; an extremely thick strengthening energy, like the one I have never experienced before, filled with a unique vibrancy I have sensed very few times in the bloodlines of the Grimm, but it is not the thing that had shocked me.

What shocked me was the second thing, a pulsing beat of dense energy that came out from me.
The mysterious tree released a dense pulse of energy; it came out of me suddenly and seeped into branches that were nearly state of collapse; it had revitalized them instantly.
I could see the energy spreading into them, revitalizing them; it was so sudden and shocking that I wanted to watch but could not as I had sensed the first Grimm appearing, and it was powerful that I did not want to stay even second more, and I didn’t.
I immediately stepped into the teleportation formation, leaving the roaring Grimm and my curiosity behind; I would investigate what happened when I reached the safety of the pyramid.
Step!
I controlled myself and stepped into the formation and reached the other end a second later, only them; I was able to heave a sigh of relief and looked up, only to see Lord Whitmore and Lord Hern looking at my shock.
I opened my mouth to greet them, but I stopped suddenly as I saw something on the screen that shocked me greatly.
On the screen in front of me, I saw the dead prairie coming back to a rife; a wave of green was spreading through it, turning the dead wasteland into a prairie that greener than before.
The dry whitish soil began to turn rich brown, and dried lakes began to fill with water.
It was not just me who got shocked; even the Hagra, the Bullman who had come to kill me, got shocked by the sudden changes that began to occur out of sudden. It remained on its spot for a couple of seconds before flew toward the place where I had killed Wood Horn Goatman.
It took two seconds to reach there and see the domain covering it breaking up; it just waved its hand, and the broken domain disappeared, revealing what was inside.
Seeing the scene, the Bullman shook; it was not just Bullman but also Lord Whitmore and Lord Hern.
Sigh!
I sighed as I saw the ball made of thousands of withered branches; it is not withered branches that are shocking, but what is inside them.
A withered Goatman is standing tall with horror on its face; it looked so real that one would shutter; it is in perfect state, aside from the small hole in its stomach from where I had pulled out the essence rose right before leaving.
“ZAAR, I WILL KILL YOU!”
Roared the Bullman in the sky loudly; it roared was powerful that it crushed the clouds, and the ball of withered branches and Grimm collapsed into the dust, which scattered across the prairie by the gales.
It had been a long while since I had left the proof, probably the first time since I became Emperor.
The effect of what I did is huge, as I have not simply killed the Grimms but sucked it dry, which is far worse than simply killing, cruel by even the standard of Grimms.
I left it intentionally, there were many things to fear, but now there are not. Though there are still a few Grimms who could kill me, I do not fear their extreme targeting, which they are doing to me and other Grand Lords.
Me revealing it create a powerful phycological effect.
Still, I was a little confused; when I left, the pulse from the mysterious tree had made the branches vibrant, but a moment later, they withered again.
It seemed to have a temporary effect on the energy; it was likely used by the energy as a channel to transfer the energy into the prairie; the moment all the energy left it, it returned to its withered form.
I sat down on the chair and closed my eyes; a moment later, I appeared in my core in front of a mysterious tree, which had grown even bigger and now, it is releasing an immense amount of growth energy, which I began to control and divert it toward the specific plants in required volumes.
‘What are you?’ I asked to mysterious tree; it consumed the Grimm’s purified bloodlines and converted it into growth energy and now, sending a pulse of energy, which had growth energy among a few different things, which turned the whole prairie vibrant again in a matter of few seconds.
I wanted an answer, but asking the tree would not get me, so I focused on the important things.
The strengthening energy and growth energy both of them have come at me in a great amount, and most importantly, they are even more potent than I had expected them to be.
With the bloodline being a green element, I knew it would give me a huge boost, but I still underestimated the power of the boost.
My strength is increasing like crazy, faster than any boost had increased, even faster than when I reached the Grandmaster class. I can’t imagine how powerful I would become when I finished digesting it, but I am ecstatic, especially when I think about how unexpected this harvest was.
Kraf was powerful and above my grade; I would have never been able to kill it if it had stuck to its conventional moves.
Hell, it would have me, who would have needed to run away when it began to attack with its most powerful attack, but the bastard had to use this strange attack to consume me.
It ended up dying by my hand and giving a huge boost in return, which I am now going to use to kill even more of its kind.
The strengthening boost has made me happy, but growth energy had me even happier; it is on a completely different level that now, I targeting more than twice the number of plants with growth energy that I had previously planned to do, and with the way they are growing; I might have some growth energy to spare, for few more plants.
Seeing them growing at absurd speed, I couldn’t help but feel happy, but a moment later, a sadness couldn’t envelop me for a brief moment.
With the way I am killing the Grand Lords, it might not take long to collect all the general resources I need for the next breakthrough.
For important resources, I will have to scourge the dangerous ruins, but even if I collect them, betting my life, I might not need to use them for years.
The more I study, the more I realize how difficult it is to create the inheritance of my final breakthrough; I already felt it might take years, but now, I feel like it might take decades; even a miracle wouldn’t be enough to shorten time to months.
I shook my head of the melancholic thoughts and focused more on the growing energy, creating a few more streams of it for the plants from down the list.
