“Yes, he has another woman outside. She’s from their hospital. I heard about this from He Mei.” Qian’e shook off Zhao Ni.

The reason why Qian Wang had not gone home recently was because he was having a good time with the woman from the hospital. She was a divorcee and had her child with her.
