Two days later, Feng Alix woke up after an afternoon nap. She was still bedridden and looked very pitiful.
She has just learned of her situation and some jobs she would lose because of it. Not only that, but she also failed to get Fu Hua's attention.
She couldn't accept that she would be pushed to the end of the cliff. Now that she has understood how foolish she was, she couldn't accept it.
What was more painful to her and harder to accept was losing Fu Hua's love and trust. And now, he didn't even care about her even when she was in this state.
Feng Alix had tears in her eyes as she squeezed the sheets with one hand.
As she was thinking, an idea dropped in her head, so she said to her manager, "Call Fu Hua over. Tell him that I want to see him for the last time."
"Huh!" ? Her manager was really confused about her request.
"But Mr. Fu said I shouldn't call him, so he wouldn't pick my calls." Her manager said with a confused look.
"I don't care, you have to get him to come and visit me. You can use my phone to make the call. Tell him that I have gone into depression from losing him, my jobs, and the injuries I sustained from the accident. Look for a way to get him to come here." Feng Alix instructed.
"Her manager felt she was planning something from her facial expression and the instructions she was giving out, so she asked, "What next?"
"When he comes, take a picture of us together, and don't let him find out about it. We need that picture to create a hype or a scandal depending on how big the flames are." Feng Alix said.
She wanted to smile for coming up with a brilliant plan, but she was in so much pain that she couldn't handle a smile.
"The news of you being hospitalized after getting into an accident has leaked to your fans, do you think he will agree to come?" Her manager asked with doubt.
"He will come. Since I said I want to see him for the last time, and because he wouldn't want me to disturb him again, he would come, just do your work." Feng Alix said with confidence.
"Okay, I will give him a call, but you might infuriate him if he finds out about the picture." Her manager said after a while.
"Do I look like I care?" Feng Alix said.
Feng Alix knew Fu Hua and could guess some of the ways he thinks, so it might not be hard to get him to come over.
Feng Alix's manager phoned Fu Hua with Alix's phone, and it took up to the 10th time before he answered the call.
"Speak!" Fu Hua said angrily. He was currently in his office and was busy with his laptop when the call came in.
At first, he didn't want to answer the call, but his phone kept ringing, so he had to answer it.
Feng Alix's manager was happy he answered the call, and she immediately used that opportunity to relay Alix's message to him.
"She wants to see me for the last time? It looks like she is finally starting to think straight. I am very busy today, tell her I will come over tomorrow, and she only has 5 minutes to say whatever she wants to say, so she can start thinking about how to make good use of the 5 minutes since she has enough time to think about it." Fu Hua said and ended the call right away.
"What did he say?" Feng Alix asked in a tensed tone with a curious gaze on her manager.
"He agreed to come, but he will do that tomorrow. He said you only have 5 minutes to tell him everything you have to say." Her manager revealed.
"Five minutes are enough, as long as you get to take the picture of us together." Feng Alix said as she managed a smirk.
When Fu Hua got home that day, he didn't see Jia Li in the living room, so he checked the kitchen but he didn't see her there as well.
He had no choice but to go to her bedroom. He didn't see her as well, so he started to wonder if she wasn't back from school yet.
"But it's late, where could she be?" Fu Hua asked himself after he came out from her bedroom. Then, his sight went straight to the door of the workshop.
'She might be there.' He thought as he made his way over.
As he opened the door to the workshop, he saw Jia Li there, and she was busy sewing some pieces of materials together with a hand sewing machine.
Jia Li heard the footsteps and raised her head to glance at Fu Hua.
"You're back?" She asked in a soft tone.
"Mmmm" Fu Hua hummed in reply.
Jia Li didn't say anything to him again and went back to continue with her work.
Fu Hua had his gaze on her as he made his way over. He saw that she was putting on a sleeveless dress, and her jacket was on the couch nearby.
Jia Li was so into her work that she had no idea if when he made his way to her side and even came to stand behind her.
From that angle, Fu Hua could see Jia Li's ample breasts, due to the V-neck dress she was putting on. Not only could he see her breasts, but he could also see her deep cleavage.
