Su Yu had confused Leila’s visit with Huo Mian’s.

“I wish this was just a dream…”
“Why?”
“I don’t deserve you taking risks for me.” Su Yu understood their situation.

Then she slammed the door closed.
One of the guards went to deliver her request.

Huo Mian held the bowl of congee carefully and blew at it.
“Come. Su Yu, eat some.”
