Bai Weiwei was shocked, what?
Ninety five?
For what reason?
That’s life and death together level, ah.
And she thought Wake’s favorability had risen super fast.
Incidentally, what happened with this man’s favorability? What did she do to get to ninety five?
Chen Mo limped in and smiled, “Why, what happened to your merfolk? He didn’t abandon you?”
Bai Weiwei stared at him incredulously, her eyes were full of doubts.
Chen Mo stepped forward. His eyes dodged hers a bit before he revealed a sneer, “You don’t know how many sensors I installed in your house, as long as you dared to come back, I would be able to catch you.”
Bai Weiwei had tucked the pearl into her pocket earlier, so she extended her hands to Chen Mo, “Give you.”
Chen Mo saw her slender wrists that were particularly delicate and fair, and his brain somewhat couldn’t move, “Give me?”
Bai Weiwei said: “Not going to arrest me? Handcuffs, lock me up, ah.”
Chen Mo clenched his fingers gripping the crutches hard. He smiled and said: “It’s the rules, I thought you would keep running away.”
Bai Weiwei glanced at him with a strange look in her eyes.
Chen Mo held his breath, his eyes darted away again.
Suddenly Bai Weiwei approached a few steps closer to him.
Chen Mo’s cold smile in the corner of his mouth was stiff, but he didn’t reveal any special emotions.
“Chen Mo, I’m very tired.” Bai Weiwei said softly, her voice actually felt a little sweet and tender.
This honeyed gentleness seemed unconscious, yet it could move other people’s hearts.
She smiled, “So can you be a bit more considerate to your colleague who almost died at sea and fought hard to come back?”
Chen Mo was tough, “You colluded with merfolk.”
As if nothing happened, Bai Weiwei turned to take out some of her clothes. Then went to the bathroom, and turned to him: “I want to take a bath, you have to wait for a bit.”
With that, Bai Weiwei took her clothes into the bathroom and directly dumped them there.
With a favorability of ninety five, she didn’t have to fear death right now.
As for where the ninety five favorability came from? That question was too esoteric, Bai Weiwei accepted the fact that she’d probably never understand.
Chen Mo turned around in embarrassment after seeing her enter the bathroom.
It felt like she could see it.
With his lips slightly trembling, he supported himself on his crutches and towards the frightening bodyguards at the door, he decided to drive them away for a while.
“Roll roll roll, go back.”
He thought they would scare her, and she would fearfully beg him for mercy.
The result was completely different.
He heard the sound of water coming from the bathroom, and his cheeks flushed. He immediately went out, and closed the door.
After taking a bath, Bai Weiwei saw the person with the ninety five favorability had left.
The favorability was really high, so there was the intention of letting her go.
She didn’t care either way. She laid straight down, pulled a blanket over and closed her eyes to go to sleep.
Tomorrow she would become busy, the secret of the Merfolk’s Heart wouldn’t be easy to research.
Once she was asleep, the water stains that remained in the bathroom began to slowly gather.
Droplets of transparent water condensed into a stream, and crawled out the door as if it were alive.
Slowly, toward the bedside, the transparent flow of water was like a tentacle.
It wanted to touch her toes exposed outside of her quilt.
Except when it stretched halfway, there wasn’t enough strength, and it fell back to the ground.
In the deep sea, Wake suddenly opened his tightly closed eyes.
They were deep and dark, appearing abnormally impactful.
Then he smiled icily, and closed his eyes again.
Soon, once he got out of the Eye of the Sea, he would be able to capture her.
He wanted to lock her in the abyss thirty thousand meters down, for her to never to return to the land again.
The expression on Wake’s cold face became wild and cruel.
He wouldn’t ever let her see the sun again, nor would he give her a second chance to betray him.
