The Mightiest Little Peasant Chapter 264

Chapter 264 - Real-Life Cheat Code

Tang Hao looked around and furrowed his brows.

That was the influence the student council president wielded. Fang Qiming could find people to prank him no matter where he went.

The classroom was abuzz with discussion.

The students in the front turned around and talked to each other. Some of them were curious, while others were envious.

“Over here, Brother Hao!” Cao Fei stood up from one corner of the classroom and shouted at Tang Hao.

Tang Hao quickly walked over there.

The boys from another class looked at him mockingly. Suddenly, one of them stuck out his foot, preparing to trip Tang Hao.

Tang Hao’s eyes narrowed. He continued walking and drove his foot straight into it.

He did not break that guy’s foot, but the kick was strong enough to make that person suffer.

That guy screamed in pain. He clutched his ankle, and his face was already as pale as a sheet.

“Oh, what happened?” Tang Hao pretended to be oblivious. “Are you OK?”

That guy nearly popped a vein when he saw Tang Hao’s behavior.

However, he could not admit that he stuck his foot out to trip Tang Hao.

He tried to bear the excruciating pain. He gritted his teeth and shook his head.

“Oh no! Your foot isn’t looking good! I hope it’s not broken!” Tang Hao bent down and pretended to examine it.

That boy trembled when he heard that, as though his soul was fleeing his body.

“Why are you all still sitting down? Send him to the infirmary, quick!” Tang Hao stood up and told the boys urgently.

The boys sucked in mouthfuls of cold air. They were absolutely aware of what happened.

Tang Hao looked friendly and harmless, but he was extremely intimidating when provoked.

Panic was setting in.

They would not hesitate to bully weaker students, but they became cowards in front of someone who fought back.

The few boys stood up and carried the injured boy to the infirmary.

The classroom instantly descended into silence.

Tang Hao glanced at them coldly, then went toward his classmates and sat down.

“That’s awesome, Brother Hao!”

Cao Fei and the other boys crowded around him and laughed.

Very soon, the four periods of the morning class were over.

Tang Hao went to the cafeteria with Cao Fei and the rest. Many accidents happened on the way there. There were bicycles losing control, or soccer balls flying toward his face.

Tang Hao calmly evaded all of those pranks. He did not seem worried at all.

Cao Fei and the others were surprised by Tang Hao’s agility, not to mention Fang Qiming and his gang who were snooping behind the wall.

Their repeated failures were driving them crazy.

“How could this be?” Fang Qiming’s face was ashen. He could not believe what he saw.

He had prepared so many pranks, and there should be at least one or two successes. However, none had succeeded since Tang Hao set foot onto the campus grounds that morning.

That guy seemed to have a real-life cheat code. The extent of his power was unfathomable. He managed to dodge or catch everything, no matter whether they were dropped from above or thrown from behind.

‘Is that guy still human?’

Equally shocked was Tang Bowen.

He thought that he was dreaming.

‘Is that guy really my cousin?

‘Since when did my cousin become so powerful?’

They walked across the campus and reached the cafeteria.

Fang Qiming and the others, who were following behind, also reached the cafeteria.

Their expressions were unpleasant.

“It’s all up to you now, Tang Bowen. Don’t disappoint me,” Fang Qiming said.

“Don’t worry, Council President. I’m his cousin and relative. He’ll definitely let his guard down. I can guarantee that I’ll succeed,” Tang Bowen said with a smile.

“Alright! Don’t let me down!”

Tang Bowen went into the cafeteria.

He got his food, then deliberately went close to Tang Hao. “Hey, is that you, Cousin Hao?” He pretended to be surprised.

He even sounded a little happy.

He walked quickly toward Tang Hao with a big smile on his face.

Tang Hao was eating his lunch. He nearly rolled his eyes when he saw who it was.

‘This idiot again!’ He cursed in his heart.

He noticed his cousin Tang Bowen standing next to Fang Qiming that morning. He knew that those two were accomplices.

He also knew that his cousin Bowen had never liked him, and would probably disassociate with him given the chance. Now that he was so eagerly walking toward him, there must be something fishy going on.

Tang Hao did not display his true feelings but instead smiled widely. “It’s you, Cousin Bowen! What a coincidence!”

“Yeah! What a coincidence!” Tang Bowen smiled excitedly.

Cao Fei and the others were looking at Tang Bowen with surprise.

Tang Bowen came over and quickly scanned the place. He noticed the backpack that Tang Hao placed behind him and his eyes sparkled. Then, he sat down next to Tang Hao without invitation.

“Long time no see, Cousin Hao!” Tang Bowen said happily, “I didn’t expect that you’re also a Z University student now. This must be fate! Don’t you think so too, Cousin Hao?”

Tang Hao nodded in agreement.

Tang Bowen was being very friendly, asking Tang Hao whether he could cope with classes. Those who did not know their relationship would have guessed that they were very close cousins.

Someone came by beside them. His hand accidentally slipped and he dropped his tray. The contents of the tray dropped on the floor and some soup even splashed on other people.

It immediately caused a commotion.

Everyone’s attention was attracted to him, including Tang Hao, who turned over to look.

However, he was still keeping a close eye on his cousin.

Tang Bowen took the opportunity to take out something from his backpack and stuff it in Tang Hao’s backpack.

Then, he took something out of his pocket and tossed it into Tang Hao’s drink.

He breathed a sigh of relief when all that was done. He could not hide the glee in his eyes.

Tang Hao turned back around, pretending to be oblivious.

He took his drink in his hand.

He shook it a little and considered the possibilities. Tang Bowen should have spiked his drink with a laxative. It was the best choice of drug to be used as a prank.

‘Two can play this game!’ He thought and his eyes flashed with viciousness.

‘You’re trying to prank me? You’re way too young for this!’

He flicked his wrist and several small bottles appeared in his hand. They contained ground medicinal herb powder.

“Look over there, Cousin Bowen. There’s a hot chick!” Tang Hao tapped Tang Bowen’s shoulder.

“A hot chick? Where?” Tang Bowen’s eyes sparkled and looked at where Tang Hao was pointing.

Tang Hao quickly emptied the contents of those bottles in Tang Bowen’s cup. No one noticed that he did that.

“Wow! She’s pretty hot!”

Tang Bowen ogled at the girl for a while before turning around.

“Hey, Cousin Hao! It’s so rare that we meet. I propose a toast!”

Tang Bowen said to Tang Hao as he lifted his drink.

Tang Hao grinned. He lifted his drink and clinked Tang Bowen’s, then drank a sip.

Tang Bowen also grinned. He took his drink and downed it in one gulp.
