The only consolation was that the Twelve Celestial Bodies still had two more players than the Quan Zhen Sect. Therefore, losing one extra player was not giving away their advantage.
As everyone knew, during PVP, nobody liked being pressed against the ground to be humiliated or stamped on.
When met with an opponent of the same level, both parties would feel more satisfied when they exchanged over three hundred blows. This was regardless of who emerged victorious in the end.
These fellas from Quan Zhen Sect had always given their everything and simply wanted to do whatever makes them happy. Ever since they met Wang Yu, this was the first time they had such a contented battle.
Ever since their retirement, the Twelve Celestial Bodies felt extremely lonely at the top and had yet to meet any worthy opponents. Presently, both parties met each other and fought a really satisfying battle. They had let out all kinds of hidden techniques on the other party.
The hidden techniques of these experts were extremely dangerous so after a big round of war, the Quan Zhen Sect was only left with Fearless and Spring Halo. For the Twelve Celestial Bodies, Ratty was the only one left.
Looking at the survivors, the Quan Zhen Sect fought with lesser people to having one more than the opponent. However, the sole survivor from the Twelve Celestial Bodies was also the most offensive Assassin while the Quan Zhen Sect were left with two magic type jobs.
In a PK, there was bound to be many unexpected incidents. Nobody will be able to determine the outcome of the battle.
When Ratty saw that the Quan Zhen Sect was left with two helpless and low-health experts, he did not continue his attack. Instead, he went into [Stealth] and got out of Fearless and Spring Halo’s range of attacks.
When Fearless and Spring Halo saw that Ratty disappeared, they hurriedly stood back to back as they lifted their staff. One condensed his Holy Flame while the other condensed his Dark Barrier to prevent Ratty from planning an ambush on them.
“Haha!”
At this moment, Ratty laughed coldly as he exposed his body at some distance away. He let out a wicked smile, “Quan Zhen Sect is indeed as good as the rumours spread! It has been a long time since I had this much fun!”
“Haha!” Fearless smiled as he replied in a similar tone, “The same goes for you. The Twelve Celestial Bodies are indeed professional experts. This time, we manage to pull off a fortunate victory but I hope we can fight again next time.”
“Brother Fearless is right!” Ratty smiled faintly as he followed that up, “But our Twelve Celestial Bodies are currently busy earning a living to feed our family so we cannot be as free as you Quan Zhen Sect to seek revenge as we wish. It is indeed a regret but I’m begging to differ if you insist that you Quan Zhen Sect have won this round.”
“Oh?” Fearless furrowed his brows, “What you’re saying is that you think you can defeat the both of us by yourself?”
There was no need to mention about Fearless’ strength. He was merely a Priest and even with incredible coordination, he was still only a supporting job. However, Spring Halo was different as this fella had many tricks up his sleeve and nobody knew just how good he truly was. In the entire Quan Zhen Sect, nobody including Yang Nuo but excluding Wang Yu, could beat their chest and confidently say that they could defeat Spring Halo.
While it was true that Ratty was full of stratagems, but in terms of strength, he was merely average among the rest of the Twelve Celestial Bodies. Who gave him the confidence to think that he could defeat these two veterans from Quan Zhen Sect?
“Of course not!” Ratty shook his hand, “I’ve witnessed the strength of the two of you. However, regardless of how strong you are, are you really able to fight one hundred men by yourself?”
After saying that, Ratty smiled viciously and in that instant, over a hundred players emerged from the alley of the street.
These players were female orcs and each one of them looked incredibly malevolent. However, most of them had curvy figures. A demonic face matched with a devilish figure was definitely a unique sight.
Every one of them was holding their weapons as they surrounded Fearless and Spring Halo.
Fearless didn’t look too concerned as he replied, “Aiya, Brother Ratty is being too generous. How can we bear to enjoy the company of so many ladies? I think you better keep them for your own pleasure.”
Ratty laughed before asking, “Boss Fearless, I have to admit defeat to you in terms of arguments. But in terms of intelligence, hehe, what do you think? Who is the better one? You or me?”
Ratty and Fearless were both the inept advisor of their respective squads who earned a living using their IQ. While the others had proven their value, Ratty naturally wanted to compare himself to Fearless. If Fearless could admit defeat personally, this would provide a higher level of satisfaction than stabbing Fearless a hundred times.
Fearless was also an arrogant man who thought really highly of himself. For someone who regarded IQ so highly, he looked around the orcs when faced with Ratty’s question before answering casually, “If we’re competing whether who can hide behind these women and attain victory, I am truly inferior compared to you. Here, come and kill me then.”
Ratty smiled, “Boss Fearless, you must be mistaken. I didn’t bring people here to ambush you guys and I didn’t leave the two of you here just so I can kill you individually.”
“I get it now.” Fearless shook his hand, “Aren’t you simply trying to stall us?”
The Quan Zhen Sect was not the only team in the game that was filled with top experts. However, they were the only guild in the game who could wreak so much havoc even while they were outnumbered with their little number of players.
The main reason other than Wang Yu was also because they had a leader like Fearless and an old ghost like Spring Halo.
The older players in the gaming industry would know that these two fellas came as a pair in whatever game they played. The two of them always had malicious intents and were never welcomed wherever they went because of their mischiefs.
If the Quan Zhen Sect didn’t have the two of them, they would merely be a bunch of slightly capable experts. Unless all of them had exceptional skills like Wang Yu, they would never be able to do anything significant in front of an actual guild with proper numbers.
Ratty’s plan to stall Fearless and Spring Halo here was solely so that he could cut off the brain of the Quan Zhen Sect.
Ratty was truly a top professional expert. From the beginning, Ratty had accurately targeted the two crucial points of the Quan Zhen Sect. Presently with Wang Yu trapped in the dungeon and without their main strategist, the rest of the Quan Zhen Sect were basically headless chickens running around waiting to be slaughtered.
“Indeed!” Ratty nodded, “After I took away the Quan Zhen Sect’s weapon (Wang Yu) and then cut off their brains (Spring Halo and Fearless), what more can this body with four limbs do? With so many of us here, you guys cannot even kill yourselves. Am I not better than you now?”
“Haha!”
Fearless laughed, “You are indeed very smart but better than me… Don’t you know that the Quan Zhen Sect’s brain can grow back any time it wishes?”
“???”
Ratty was dumbfounded by this sentence.
But at this moment, Spring Halo retreated and leaned against Fearless. Shortly after, Fearless’ body started emitting a radiance.
“Boom!!!”
After the explosion, Fearless and Spring Halo disappeared from the spot.
“What… What is this supposed to be???”
All the orcs were dazed by what they had just witnessed. As players from the Dark Faction, they had never seen anything like that.
As Ratty looked at where Fearless disappeared, he clenched his teeth and said, “F*ck! He actually self-exploded!”
